Avnet Electronics Marketing releases new Virtex-5 development kits
New development kits from Avnet Electronics Marketing support the LX50T, LX110T, SX50T, or SX95T Virtex-5 devices.

The folks at Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas, a part of Avnet, Inc. has announced the release of a new Xilinx Virtex-5 LXT/SXT Development Kit, which they describe as: "A complete development platform for designing and verifying applications based on the Xilinx Virtex-5 LXT and SXT Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) families."
The new kits support the LX50T, LX110T, SX50T, or SX95T Virtex-5 devices; each kit features:
- PCIe x8 end point support
- Two 10/100/1GB Ethernet PHYs
- Two SFP module connectors
- SATA host connector
- EXP expansion slot
